Maildrop Pricing
Delivery Fees
The pricing is simple. You pay a flat delivery fee of $20 plus 4 cents per recipient each time you send an email newsletter. And if it is going to 5 people or less, you pay nothing! Keep your email campaigns cost effective and manageable by only paying when you send one out.
There are no hidden fees - monthly, weekly or otherwise.
All prices are in NZ dollars and are GST exclusive.
Newsletter Template Design & Setup
Get a template and subscriber lists for a one-off cost of $400 +GST
If you already have a brand 'look and feel' you would like to use for your email template, we can make it work for you. For $400 +GST we will take your existing design and convert it into an email template and load it into Maildrop for you to use. All our email templates have customisable 'article' areas so you can easily upload and align images to the left or right, or put your content into columns or right across the page as you wish.
Provide us with your existing marketing materials or you can point us to an existing webpage if you want to create an email template out of an existing webpage design. We will consult with you and get your direction for the design, then get to work creating a fully custom email template that we know you'll love. 1-2 iterations on the first design submitted are included within this price to ensure that we get it right for you.
For this one-off price of $400 +GST we will also import your email database to create subscriber lists to really get you started.
Training
We provide all customers a comprehensive user manual and also a link to an online video training guide for Maildrop which should be all you need to get started. But if you do require one-to-one training, we can visit you on-site for a training session which includes marketing advice on how best to structure your campaigns. We also offer free assistance via email or phone during normal office hours to make sure you are comfortable with the system.
The cost of an onsite training session is $100.00 (+GST) for an hour long session.
